We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel a booking. In such cases, our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time will not be eligible for a refund.
If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
To cancel a booking, please contact us via email or phone, and we will process your request as soon as possible.
Please note that any processing fees charged by our payment processing partner are non-refundable.
